WEIGHTS & BIASES, A COREWEAVE COMPANY

Weights & Biases is now part of CoreWeave

Weights & Biases gives AI teams the tools to track experiments, evaluate models, and improve them with confidence. As part of CoreWeave, it now lives in CoreWeave Forge: one connected environment to build, train, evaluate, and run models and agents.

The acquisition, in plain terms

CoreWeave acquired Weights & Biases, Inc. (W&B) on May 5, 2025. Weights & Biases, founded in San Francisco in 2017 by Lukas Biewald, Chris Van Pelt, and Shawn Lewis, builds the AI developer platform that more than 1 million AI practitioners at 1,400+ companies, including OpenAI, Meta, and NVIDIA, use to track experiments and evaluate models. Weights & Biases now operates as part of CoreWeave (Nasdaq: CRWV) and is a product within CoreWeave Forge.
