Kristen McVeety

Kristen McVeety is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CoreWeave, where she oversees the company's Legal and Government Affairs organizations, including responsibility across corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters and public policy. Since joining CoreWeave in 2022, McVeety has built and scaled both organizations through the company's most consequential growth stages, including its initial public offering.

McVeety brings extensive legal leadership experience across corporate law and private practice. She began her career in the Capital Markets and M&A groups at Dorsey & Whitney LLP before co-founding Gabler & McVeety LLP, where she chaired the firm's General Busines and Corporate practice, advising a wide range of clients on private debt and equity financings, bank financings, and joint ventures. 

She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Business Management from Boston University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
