Michelle holds a B.A. in Human Services from Villanova University and spent the early part of her career in HR Leadership roles in the Financial Services, B2B publishing, and pharmaceutical communications sectors, before pivoting to the health and wellness space at LifeTime. Since joining the company in 2021, she has quickly assumed pivotal responsibilities, bolstering the company’s culture and talent strategy.
