Chen Goldberg

Chen Goldberg is Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering at CoreWeave, where she leads the teams building the full-stack platform that is reimagining cloud computing in the AI era. Her focus spans the software, tooling, and infrastructure innovations that allow these workloads to run faster, more reliably, and at greater scale than anywhere else.

A pioneer in cloud-native computing, Goldberg scaled Kubernetes, the open-source orchestration system, from a promising open-source project into the de facto standard for cloud-native computing. Prior to joining CoreWeave in 2024, she spent more than eight years at Google Cloud, most recently serving as general manager and vice president of engineering, where she led the Kubernetes and Serverless portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held engineering leadership roles at HP.

She holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from The Open University of Israel.
